Animation is a unique way of bringing life to oral stories. It is more relevant to today's youth and can be disseminated on a much larger scale than traditional mediums.

About The Project

The Tales from Nanumea series is a project that was started by George “Siosi” Samuels to help save and preserve the culture, stories, and oral traditions of Tuvalu (a nation at risk of losing their land due to global warming and rising ocean levels) through animation.
